How EPG Survey Works

  1. Physician accepts invitation to become an EPG Survey Panel Member.
  2. EPG Survey emails physician with invitation to take part in relevant survey activity.
  3. Physician completes survey online.
  4. Physician receives honorarium direct into bank account.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to win €100 for yourself and €100 for a colleague, while helping us to grow the EPG Survey Panel and increase the number of paid survey activities in your specialty.

To enter the prize draw, all you need to do is recommend 5 or more colleagues to join EPG Survey, requiring just a few moments of your time. If you are not already an EPG Survey panel member, you must first join.

To recommend colleagues, go to the recommend page

  • You simply need to log in and provide the email addresses for your chosen colleagues.
  • To recommend more than 5 colleagues, you will need to submit your first 5 email addresses and then re-enter the form to submit more.
  • You must enter your recommended colleagues by Monday 3rd November.
  • Once you have recommended your colleagues, you will be able to see how many have registered by viewing my account.

We will email your recommended colleagues with an invitation to join EPG Survey, giving them the opportunity to receive honorarium for taking part in relevant medical online surveys.

We do not require you to provide any information about your colleague other than their email address, which will be used only for the purpose of this invitation and will not be provided to any third party organisations. Please note that recommended colleagues must be registered health care professionals with a valid email address.

Each of your colleagues who accept our invitation to join EPG Survey by Monday 17th November will be entered into a separate prize draw for €100.

Prize Draw dates:

Wednesday 5th November - Prize draw for members who recommended colleagues.

The winner will be notified by email and will receive payment of €100 by cheque or Paypal (as preferred) by Monday 17th November.

Wednesday 19th November - Prize draw for recommended colleagues who join EPG Survey.

The winner will be notified immediately by email and will receive payment of €100 by cheque or Paypal (as preferred) by Monday 1st December.

Terms and conditions

  • Email addresses provided by you will be used for the purpose of one email invitation only and will not be provided to any third party organisations.
  • Recommended colleagues must be registered health care professionals with a valid email address.
