- How can I increase the number of activities I take part in?
- Make sure you have completed your member profile accurately; this should include your current area of practice plus any medical specialties in which you have experience or an interest – view your account. When you get an invitation to a survey activity try to respond as quickly as possible - often the activities have a fixed end date or a maximum number of respondents at which stage the survey will close.
The single most important factor impacting your opportunity to take part is being certain that our email address survey@epgsurvey.com is added to your contacts and to your safe sender list. - I have noticed that each activity pays a different fee, why is that?
- Panel activities vary and the fees paid are affected by the amount of time needed for you to complete the activity and the specialty involved. For example a short 10 to 15 minute survey regarding general practice will earn a lower fee than a 30 minute online exercise specific to Oncology.
- I have received an invitation to take part in an activity but failed a qualifying question?
- Periodically we'll double check that we are doing a good job inviting the right panel members to take part in relevant activities. We do this by asking one or two qualifying questions. If you feel that your information may be incorrect, please log in and check your membership profile.
- When I completed a recent survey I reached a payment page. Is it safe for me to provide my personal bank information?
- We use 3rd party payment processors, they have been carefully selected for their integrity and security. Your payment information will be held by them only for the purpose of processing payment and will then be destroyed. Your payment information is not recorded or stored by us. Never discuss your bank or payment information with anyone via email, you will never be asked to confirm your payment information by us or the payment processors via email.
- My colleague is interested, can they join to?
- If they are a registered health care professional, with a valid email address, then yes! Your colleagues are welcome to register on this web site at any time.
- What is "recommend a colleague"?
- Recommend a friend is a program which allows existing EPG Survey Panel members to recommend friends or colleagues to join the panel. Visit this page and provide the email addresses of your friends and colleagues, (then we'll do the rest!) The status of your recommended colleagues can be viewed by logging in and visiting the Account page.
- Do I qualify for recommend a friend?
- If you are an EPG Panel member then yes.
- Will I have to renew my Membership?
- Once you have joined the panel you are considered to be a member for life, however we may contact you occasionally to confirm your interest in continuing as a member, for example after 3 invitations to participate in market research activity have gone unanswered by you, we will call you to make sure you are still interested in Panel membership.
- I've changed my job and my panel membership no longer reflects my area of professional interest, what do I do?
- As an EPG Panel Member you can log in using your username and password and update your personal information, this will help us ensure that future activities are tailored to your new position.
- I'd like to leave the panel, how do I unsubscribe?
- We are sorry you have decided to leave the EPG Survey panel but we also understand it's important you do not continue to receive e-mail invitations from us. To unsubscribe please click here (you'll need your log in details, if you don't have them follow the help prompts).
- I have taken part in a survey how long before I get paid?
- You can normally expect to receive payment within 4 weeks of the survey close date. Payment is made per individual survey completed so it's possible that you will receive more than one payment if you have completed more than one activity, payments may not necessarily arrive in the order in which you completed the activities. Please continue to complete activities while you await payment.
- It's been 4 weeks since I completed my most recent survey and I haven't received payment?
- We will need to check with our payment provider. Please email us at members@epgsurvey.com including your name, email address and details of the survey you completed (reference code, date of completion). We will endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours
- I recommended some colleagues to join the panel, how can I check their status?
- The status of your recommended colleagues can be viewed by logging in and visiting the Account page.
